Once upon a time there was a very cunning fox in a forest. One day when he was walking through the forest, the cunning fox got stuck in a trap there. When he got out of the trap, he lost his tail. But since the fox was very cunning, he was wondering what could be done. Immediately an idea came to his mind.

 He called a meeting and invited all his neighboring foxes to come to that meeting. Everyone arrived at the appointed time.Then the fox without a tail said,"My dear friends, listen to me, please.I have discovered a new thing.It's that our tails are completely useless. They look very odd and ugly.

Also,they are always dirty.So we all should cut off our tails,shouldn't we?"

All the foxes listened to the cunning fox eagerly. Most of them agreed to cut off their tails.They were convinced by the fox that if they could cut off their tails they would look nice. So, they were almost ready to move on to the right action.  

But there was an old and wise fox in that meeting. The old fox understood the plan of the cunning fox.He said to him," Dear friend,your idea is good but evil.You want us to cut off our tails because you've  lost your one."
On hearing this, the other foxes became very angry with him and chased him to kill him. But the cunning fox saw this and ran away and saved his life.
