Application for increasing common room facilities for SSC,HSC

Suppose, the common room facilities are not adequate in your school. Now, write an application requesting your headmaster to increase the facilities of your school common room.

Sir,

I, on behalf  of the students of your renowned school, beg most respectfully draw your kind attention  to the following fact that the existing facilities of ours school common room are so inadequate that our purpose is not being served. We can't enjoy our leisure time properly  for want of sufficient  indoor games materials like-carom, chess, table tennis etc. Moreover, there is no television set in the common room. It is a good source of relaxation.  Two more newspapers- one Bengali and one  English, sufficient magazines and periodicals will do for the present. In the circumstances  stated above, I pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take some immediate steps to increase common room facilities and oblige thereby.
