I would like to draw your kind attention that the common room facilities of our school are not adequate. We cannot enjoy our leisure and free time due to the lack of facilities in the common room. We don't have adequate newspapers or facilities for indoor games. As a result, many students idle away their leisure and free time. We want to utilize our leisure and free time in productive and creative ways. 

I, therefore, urnestly request you to take necessary steps to increase the facilities of our common room.
