Sir,

We, the student of your college institution, are writing to inform you that we want to help poor people during this COVID-19 pandemic. Our area has been locked down again, and so, people have become unable to go to work. Especially, the poor people are in great crisis. Most of those poor people live from hand to mouth. As a result, they are now starving. Even we do not know when the situation will come back to normal. Those needy people are now on the verge of distress.

To reduce their suffering, we want to provide them with some daily necessities and inform them  about the preventive measures against coronavirus. For that, we need an open and spacious place where we can maintain social distancing while distributing food and other necessary things,

Therefore, we would like to request you to consider the above-mentioned situation and permit us to use the college compound twice a week to serve our purpose.
